| IS THERE A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OR SITTING FEE? |
Nothing more than your session fee. I strive for a stress-free experience and know that being a new parent can be a lot! |
| HOW EARLY SHOULD I BOOK MY SESSION? |
It's never too early to book. I do limit my newborn sessions to ensure proper time for editing and return of images, so I do recommend contacting me to get on my "waiting for baby" list as soon as you are ready to commit to a session. |
| WHEN WILL THE SESSION TAKE PLACE? |
I like to see my babies between 8-12 days after birth, optimally within the first 2 weeks of life to get those sleepy/squishy poses. |
| HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION WHEN I'M NOT SURE WHEN MY BABY WILL ARRIVE? | Your due date is your reservation. If baby comes early or late, we will adjust finding a date that works for both of us within that 2 week timeframe. |
| DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING? |
Nothing but the baby and the items needed to care for him/her. I have an extensive inventory in the studio and we will customize your needs/wants prior to the actual session. I do recommend bringing a pacifier to be used by me for soothing if needed. |
| WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME? |
The average turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. |
| CAN I PURCHASE MORE IMAGES AFTER THE SESSION? |
Your session includes 20-25 digital images that I select based on your short questionnaire. The shooting time is based on the number of set-ups, sibling poses, family poses, etc. For the sake of time and stress on baby, I limit the session to just those 20-25. |
| HOW DO WE CUSTOMIZE THE SESSION? |
You will need to contact me as soon as baby is here for getting you on the calendar. At that time, I will send you a short questionnaire with color choices, style, and theme as well as needed details about the baby and siblings (if any). |
